YouTube Partners:  Customize Your Reporting in Video Metrix

To customize your reporting within Video Metrix, please follow these simple steps:

  1. The data within Video Metrix is categorized hierarchically in what is known as the Client Focused Dictionary, (CFD). If you do nothing, you will be listed as a single “entity” (data line item) within the Video Metrix report, representative of all of your partnership’s video activity on YouTube. If you would like to have your channels represented as entities beneath your partnership’s entity, (to, for example, highlight different audiences’ unique attributes) or would like to aggregate your data in any other way, (perhaps combining multiple partnerships into a more global entity) then:

    1. If you are an existing comScore client, please contact your comScore client service manager with your request.

    2. If you are not an existing comScore client, please send an email to youtube@comscore.com with your goals for how you would like your data to be represented.
